AK NK KURUS P XMO DIET LEH X???HUHUHU

hahaha..wakakaka..leh ke cmtu.. weh..sumpah smlm g medical checkup terkejut giler time timbang bera bdan,,huaaa.. berat ak naek berkali ganda..help me.. ak nk kurus... well, terpakse la ak diet..nk ke xnk ke, target ak berat ak kne 48kg ujong taun nie.. chaiyokkk!!!1


plan diet ak..jeng jeng jeng....


1. kalori jangan melebihi 1200 cal sehari 

cth - 
sarapan = cornflakes 1 cup + susu low fat = 250cal
lunch = nasi + ikan goreng + sawi rebus = 360cal
snack = karipap 2 ketul = 260cal
dinner = sup sayur + 2 potong tembikai = 240cal
TOTAL = 1110 cal

2- Nasi hanya boleh diambil 1 kali sahaja 1 hari = 1 cawan (200cal)

3- Kurangkan minyak, garam, gula, msg. Kalau masak sendiri kat rumah, sila tinggalkan bahan-bahan tersebut. 

4- Minum air masak 2 liter 1 hari 

5- Banyakkan makan buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran



TARGET UTAMA = TURUNKAN BERAT
chaiyoooookkkk ain.... nk kurus kan???
